Refund and Return policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your product. 

To return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it has not been used or worn, the product tags have not been removed, and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
We   do not accept returns of used products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been approved.
Refunds :
We only refund if you received broken or totally damaged product.
Unboxing Vedio is must before opening the parcel.
 We will notify you when your refund has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know whether we approve the refund. If your refund is approved, your money will be refunded to online credit within 10 business days.

Damage and Problems
 Please check your order upon receipt and make an unboxing vedio upon opening a parcel when you recieve and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
 Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.
